To ensure your privacy is respected, our personnel will only access the property via the backyard gate. They do not need to enter the main house, and the service usually takes about 30 minutes.

PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED BY LAW and could carry a fine of $2000. This is a residential area, and quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am.

The entire amount of the cleaning fee at booking is given to our cleaning team. We partner with professional and certified cleaners and pay more than the average rate to guarantee a clean and safe environment for our guests.
★ THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING ★
We provide a small welcome kit of paper products and essential items to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
★HOUSE RULES★
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) in the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will incur a $2,500 penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected.
- Recreational drug use or any illegal activity at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply incurs a $500 penalty.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any cost related to damages that occurred during their stay, including extra-cleaning charges if needed or any unauthorized pets if discovered during or within a reasonable amount of time after their stay. These amounts are charged to the credit card on file and followed by an email breaking down the fees and damages. No charges are ever processed without prior written notice. The minimum fine for damages is $500.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
-Don't flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet.
- The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Benningoasisgateway. The house was very big and clean, it also has tons of amenities to include a huge game room, fire pit and hot tub. The host left fresh cinnamon rolls for us that were absolutely amazing. Ale was a very wonderful host and kept in quick contact with us if we had any questions for him. Great location to restaurants, shopping, and activities that we were there for. We would highly recommend staying at this 5 star home away from home. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Host and home are definitely 5 star ratings.
